All experiencethis.com.au gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the
date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. The onus is on the holder to
redeem the voucher before the specified expiry date.
Our vouchers remain valid in your mind for the rest of your life … or until
your memory gives out, which ever comes first.
Can an expired experiencethis.com.au gift voucher be extended?
No.

Your gift voucher/s will be packaged in an experiencethis.com.au gift wallet. We also have a Birthday gift wallet available. There's even space for your personalised message!
How long after placing my order will I receive my

You will receive your vouchers within 5 working days, although every effort is
made to despatch all orders on the next business day after the order has been
placed.

What is the delivery cost for an experiencethis.com.au gift
voucher?
In addition to the face value of the experiencethis.com.au gift voucher you
order, we charge a fee for postage and handling.
Express Post $4.50
Courier Delivery within Sydney metro area $20.00
Courier Delivery outside Sydney metro area $15.00
Pick-Up: Come in and visit us at Mezzanine Level, 49 Market Street Sydney to
collect your vouchers.
We do not send vouchers by standard mail, as they may occasionally be lost. All
orders are sent by Express Post or Courier, which can be traced through
Australia Post and, if recovered, can be cancelled or re-issued.
Do I get a receipt after placing an order?
Yes. You are required to provide your email address when ordering. Upon
acceptance of your order, you will receive an email with confirmation of your
order and a Receipt/Tax Invoice containing full details of your order including
any GST paid.
Is my experiencethis.com.au gift voucher refundable?
No. However, our experiences are so good, you’ll never want a refund.
What happens if experiencethis.com.au gift vouchers are lost or
stolen after they are received?
Since our participating businesses treat experiencethis.com.au gift vouchers
like cash, experiencethis.com.au cannot replace them if they are lost or
stolen.
Can I redeem an experiencethis.com.au gift voucher for cash?
No. However, our experiences are so good, you’ll never want to redeem them for
cash.
How do I redeem my experiencethis.com.au gift voucher?
Each individual experience purchased can be redeemed as follows:
Movie vouchers and Screen Savers – simply present your movie voucher or Screen
Savers ticket at any Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle or Village cinema
throughout Australia in exchange for one admission ticket. Excludes Gold Class
and Europa Cinemas or Movie Marathons. Seating is subject to availability.
Gold Class Vouchers – this voucher entitles the holder to one admission ticket
to any Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle or Village Gold Class cinema. As a
reserve seat policy exists and seating is limited, it is recommended that a
telephone booking be made prior to the redemption of your voucher.
Hotel Accommodation Vouchers – call Rydges Central Reservations (Monday to
Friday 8.00am – 8.00pm) on 1800 226 466 and quote the sequential barcode number
located on your voucher. The voucher must then be surrendered at check-in.
State Theatre Tour Vouchers – your tour must be pre-booked by contacting the
State Theatre Box Office on 02 9373 6861 and quoting the sequential barcode
number located on your voucher. This voucher must then be surrendered at the
State Theatre Box Office.
Pier26 Bar – surrender your voucher at Pier26 Bar when ordering and paying for
food.
Cruise Vouchers – all cruises must be pre-booked by contacting the Matilda
ticket office and quoting the sequential barcode number located on your
voucher. The voucher must then be surrendered in exchange for a valid ticket at
the Matilda ticket office prior to boarding.
Thredbo Voucher – to make a booking contact experiencethis.com.au on 1300 650
449 and quote the sequential barcode number located on your voucher. The
voucher must then be surrendered at check-in.
Featherdale Wildlife Park Vouchers – surrender your voucher at the Featherdale
Wildlife Park ticket office and it will be exchanged for one admission ticket
into the park. Please note - do not feed the Park Ranger.
