What delivery options are available for postal orders?
We currently offer Express Post for the delivery of physical products.
When should I expect my goods to arrive?
Physical orders will be processed weekly. Estimated delivery times:
Express Post: 2-4 Business Days*
*Australia Post advises due to current conditions to expect additional delays to their usual guarantee. Details can be found HERE.
Why is there a postage & handling fee?
We use trackable postage methods such as Express Post in order to protect your order from being lost or stolen in transit. As our gift card and voucher products are active upon sale, it’s important for us to be able to verify delivery status.
If you would prefer to not pay for postage, many of our products are also available in digital format!
Packing of My Order
How will my order be packed?
Complimentary packing will apply for Gold Class, Star Voucher and Gift Card orders. Gold Class and Star Vouchers are packed 2 vouchers per gift wallet. Gift Cards are packed one per wallet.
Screen Saver Book of 10/Blockbuster/Book of 5 movie vouchers are packed one booklet per gift wallet.
All other packaging requests will be considered on a case by case basis and must be advised prior to placing your order.
Making a Purchase
How do I change my details?
Log into your account, click Manage My Account, enter your updated details and click the submit button.
Can I order as an international customer?
Yes, you may complete an order for delivery within Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia. If you are looking for Event Cinemas New Zealand Vouchers & Gift Cards please shop here.
My order hasn't arrived yet?
Please check the shipping FAQs for estimated delivery times. If your order is taking longer than the estimated timing for your chosen delivery method, please email us at [email protected] with your order details. Please be mindful that delays are to be expected during the peak period of Nov-Dec when we receive the most orders.
My Account
I’ve entered the wrong delivery details, what should I do?
Please email your receipt number and the correct delivery address (include Business Name if applicable) to
[email protected]. If the order has not already been processed we’ll update & send to the correct address for you.
Why is my email address unavailable?
Uhoh! Looks like there is already an account created under your email address. To access your account click on retrieve password and you will be sent a temporary password which you can change under ‘Manage my Account’. Only one account is possible per email address.
Can I use my Cinebuzz email and password to log in?
No, unless you have previously ordered with us using the same email and password. Although Cinebuzz & ET are owned by the same parent organization, our websites are run independently. You need to create a new account if this is your first time purchasing with experiencethis.
I am getting an error when trying to create an account.
Please ensure there are no apostrophes in any of your details as this will prevent a profile being created. If you are still having troubles please contact the customer service team at [email protected]
Gift Products – Gift Cards / Vouchers / eVouchers
Where can you use Gift Cards?
Gift Cards can be used at Event Cinemas, GU Film House, Greater Union, BCC, Skyline, Moonlight Cinema or online at eventcinemas.com.au for tickets or food and beverage.
Is there any difference between the designs of the cards?
All of our Gift Cards have a cash value on them and operate the same way, and can be used at all outlets listed above. We vary the designs so that you can choose the one just right for you.
Can you use Gift Cards at Village Cinemas?
No - Gift Cards are only valid for use at Event Cinemas, GU Film House, Greater Union, BCC, Skyline & Moonlight Cinema. There are currently no locations for these cinemas in Victoria or Tasmania (with the exception Moonlight Cinema Melbourne).
How can I check the balance or expiry of a Gift Card?

Where can you use Gift Vouchers?
Most of our Movie Vouchers are valid for use Australia-wide at Event Cinemas, GU Film House, Greater Union, BCC & Village Cinemas:
• Screen Saver Book of 10 – Adult/Child
• Star Vouchers – Adult/Child
• Gold Class – Admission Vouchers/$10 Bar Vouchers
• Scoop Alley Vouchers
The following Vouchers are not valid for use at Village Cinemas or in VIC/TAS:
• Blockbuster
• Book of 5 – Adult/Child
How long do eVouchers take to arrive?
Your eVoucher can take up to four hours to arrive. Please be sure to check junk & spam folders.
How do I resend an eVoucher?
If for some reason your recipient hasn't received their eVoucher, you can access the original link to resend or forward to a different email. Sign into your Business Centre account. Go to Resend eVouchers in the navigation menu on the left. Enter the Search criteria for the applicable eVoucher. You have the option to Edit the recipient email / View the eVoucher / Resend the link again. If you need further assistance, email [email protected] & make sure you provide the recipient's email address.
